Eastlake at Tillery, a new development composed of two office buildings and an above-ground parking garage, broke ground at 3212 E. Cesar Chavez St., Austin, on Nov. 13.

Cypress Real Estate Advisors (CREA) has broken ground on Eastlake at Tillery, a 172,000-square-foot office project in East Austin. The development will consist of two three-story buildings and an adjacent parking structure.

A ceremonial groundbreaking was held on November 13th, 2019 for Eastlake at Tillery located at 3212 East Cesar Chavez Street in Austin, Texas. The developer, investors, construction, design and leasing teams gathered to celebrate the kickoff of the construction.

Austin’s east side is changing by the day. It’s a playground for developers big and small, the subject of Austin’s gentrification discussions and has offered some of the best real estate investment opportunities in the past decade.

Construction on another Greenbelt Commercial project, Eastlake at Tillery, will begin in about 60 days. The 170,000-square-foot, two-building office complex is at 3212 E. Cesar Chavez St., just east of Tillery Street in East Austin. Cypress Real Estate Advisors is co-developer.

Eastlake at Tillery, a two-building, 162,000-square-foot Class A office development, will break ground this fall at 3212 E. Cesar Chavez, Austin. 

Cypress Real Estate Advisors and Greenbelt Commercial LLC are joining forces to develop Eastlake at Tillery, a 162,000-square-foot office project in the East Austin submarket. The two-building development will be at 3212 E. Cesar Chavez St., which is less than two miles from Austin’s CBD.

Eastlake at Tillery will feature two three-story buildings and an above ground structured parking garage that will serve both buildings.

A 162,000-square-foot class A office complex is coming to East Austin, continuing the rapid growth of that office submarket.

Since Jan. 2, 44 site plans have been submitted to the city of Austin.
